Privacy Policy
We keep this short and practical. Last updated: March 2026.
What we collect
Depending on how you play, we may process:
- Account information — If you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) handles email, identifiers, and session data needed to keep you logged in.
- Billing and payments — If you purchase a subscription or other paid product, Stripe (or another payment processor we name at checkout) processes payment details. We don’t store full card numbers on our own servers.
- Gameplay and saves — Progress, settings, multiplayer room data, and related game state may be stored locally in your browser and/or on our servers.
- Operational data — Basic logs (for example errors, IP address, timestamps) help us run and secure the service.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information as a product. We use data to run the game, process payments you authorize, and improve reliability—not to build unrelated ad profiles.
Third parties
Providers such as Clerk (authentication) and Stripe (payments) process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We choose vendors appropriate for a small game service.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for gameplay, billing, legal obligations, or security. You can ask us about deletion or export where applicable—email support@airwaveempire.com.
Children
The game isn’t directed at children under 13. If you believe we’ve collected a child’s data in error, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Simulation note
Airwave Empire is a fictional simulation. In-game content that echoes real-world radio history or markets is for flavor, not a representation of real entities.
