Airwave Empire is a game. These terms are written to be clear, not intimidating. Last updated: April 30, 2026.

Using the game

You may use Airwave Empire for personal entertainment. Some features (for example multiplayer with accounts) may require you to sign in. Don’t use the service in a way that breaks the law or interferes with others’ use of it.

Accounts

We may use third-party sign-in (such as Clerk) so you can create an account. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Let us know at support@airwaveempire.com if you believe your account was compromised.

Subscriptions & billing

If we offer paid plans or subscriptions, they are billed through our payment provider (such as Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the billing flow or your account settings, depending on what we expose in the product.

Refunds, cancellations, downgrades, and related rules are described in our Subscription Policy. For billing or receipt issues, contact support@airwaveempire.com.

Changes & availability

We may update features, balance, content, or pricing over time. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that any particular feature will always be available. The game may go offline for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Your data & saves

Gameplay progress may be stored locally in your browser and/or on our servers, depending on how you play. Saves can be lost if you clear storage, switch devices without sync, or if we have a bug or outage. We’re not liable for lost progress—please use in-game save/export options if we provide them.

Fair play

Abusive behavior, cheating, attacking our systems, scraping in bulk, or misusing the service may result in suspension or termination of access, with or without notice, at our discretion.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) twenty-five US dollars, except where the law doesn’t allow that cap.

Fictional simulation

Airwave Empire is a fictional strategy simulation. Any resemblance to real radio stations, companies, call letters, or people is coincidental or used for genre and setting flavor only. It is not affiliated with any broadcaster or media company.
