Our Subscription Policy
We love you. We aim to be fair and reasonable. If something does not work as expected, we will make it right. Just give us the chance. Last updated: April 2026.
Refund policy
We will issue refunds for:
- Accidental purchase
- Technical failure that prevented access to paid features
- Billing errors (duplicate or incorrect charges)
Refund requests should be made within 48 hours of the charge. We will handle requests made beyond that window at our discretion.
Refunds will be issued via Stripe. In some cases, we may offer credit or complimentary time instead of a refund.
We will not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after using the service
- Partial use of a billing period
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Dissatisfaction with normal gameplay
Cancellations & downgrades
- Subscriptions cancel at the end of the billing period.
- You retain access until the period ends.
- Downgrades take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for downgrades.
Bug Buster program (thank you!)
If a player is first to report a reproducible, identifiable bug that we confirm and fix, they receive one free month of Pro access.
Conditions:
- The issue must be clearly reproducible.
- The issue must not already be known internally.
- The issue must materially affect gameplay (not cosmetic issues).
Abuse protection
We reserve the right to:
- Deny repeated or excessive refund requests
- Limit access if policies are exploited
- Restrict or suspend accounts if features are abused or terms are violated
